I am very excited to share that I will be the guest chef at at supper club on Friday 24 January at Mrs Clarke’s General Store in Harleston, Norfolk.
The owner of this beautiful store and cafe, Alicia, has kindly invited me to be the chef at her very first supper club. I have planned a lovely seasonal menu for you to enjoy, and there will be wine recommendations on the night as well. Lightly spiced parsnip soup
Pea and leek tartlet
Lamb two ways with pomme Anna, roasted root vegetables, winter greens and red wine jus
Or lightly spiced butternut squash with seasonal vegetables and a yoghurt and tahini dressing
Vanilla poached pear with whiskey and ginger cream and a lightly spiced crumb
Coffee and petit fours
The evening costs £35 (plus drinks). Please be there by 7.30pm for 8pm dinner.
When booking, please state if you are requiring the vegetarian main course, and also of all dietary requirements.
If you are unable to attend, refunds will only be given if your tickets can be sold on.
